Stargazer Lily Partial Day-of Coordination

• 1-hour onboard meeting 

• 2 hours of planning time prior to coming onboarding officially

• Attendance at the final site visit

• Unlimited email communication during the month of the wedding

• Weekly 30-minute calls in the 4 weeks leading up to the wedding.

• Come onboard two weeks before the wedding as a contact for vendors.

• Review of the wedding day timeline provided by the couple, with suggestions and changes as needed.

• Contact all vendors + introduce ourselves as your coordinator.

• Point of contact for all vendors (2) week prior to wedding date

• Obtain a copy of all vendor contracts to review + confirm details + arrival/departure times.

• Arrange + coordinate 1 hour wedding rehearsal. 

• Provide itinerary to wedding party with wedding day specifics.

• Complete wedding day coordination, arriving at the site 1-2 hours before the start of the ceremony. (approximately 5 hours of day-of services)

• Oversee of vendor setup for the ceremony and reception spaces

• Point of contact for all vendors until departure (answering questions, approving deliveries, troubleshooting)

• Setup of personal décor, including card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, seating chart, menus, and favors. (Upon request, setup of DIY centerpieces as long as it falls within the 5-hour window. Additional hours can be added for a fee.)

• Distribution of bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages

• Orchestrating and cueing the couple's entrance, dances, wedding toasts, speeches, and cake cutting.

• Cueing the guest of honors and family for special moments

• Assisting guests and answering questions as needed

• Access to an emergency kit
