Event Styling + Design

From visual concepts to curated details, we design event spaces that feel cohesive, intentional, and elevated. Our styling services focus on creating an atmosphere that reflects your vision while enhancing the guest experience. 

Available for social, corporate, and milestone events

On-Site Execution

On the day of your event, our team manages logistics, vendors, and flow - ensuring everything unfold seamlessly. We handle the details behind the scenes so you can enjoy your event without stress or interruption.

Event Planning 

Event planning services focus on the organization, logistics, and execution of your event. This service is ideal for clients who want professional support managing details, vendors, and timelines so their event runs seamlessly.

Event Planning Includes:

  • Event planning consultations and meetings

  • Timeline creation and event flow management

  • Vendor coordination and communication

  • Venue walkthroughs and logistics planning

  • On-site event management and execution

  • Troubleshooting and day-of oversight

Investment:

$225.00 per hour

4-hour minimum

Includes Lead Planner + One Assistant

Additional Event Staff:

For events requiring additional on-site support, assistant coordinators or support staff may be added for an additional $50 per hour, per staff member.

Event Design

Event design focuses on the creative vision and visual direction of your event. This service is ideal for clients who want professional design guidance and a cohesive aesthetic but may be sourcing décor independently.

 

Design + Decor Includes:​

  • Event design concept and styling direction

  • Curated décor selection provided by WL Events

  • Styling plan and layout direction

  • Coordination of provided décor elements

  • Use of select décor inventory based on availability

  • Styling guidance during setup

  • Full event setup/breakdown

 

Minimum Does Not Automatically Include:​

  • Custom builds 

  • Enhance Floral Productions 

  • Personalized Items

  • Greater Visual Impact

Investment:

Design Minimum: Starting at $1500.00

 

Additional Event Staff:

 Event Styling Services

Event styling focuses on the hands-on setup and breakdown of décor and event elements provided by the client. This service is ideal for clients who already have their décor selected and need professional support to ensure everything is styled correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

 

Event styling does not include creative design development or décor sourcing unless booked separately.

Event Styling Includes:

  • Setup of client-provided décor and rentals

  • Table styling and décor placement

  • Styling of focal areas (welcome table, gift table, signage, etc.)

  • Visual adjustments during setup to ensure cohesion

  • Breakdown and repacking of styled décor at the conclusion of the event

Investment:

Hourly Styling Rate

$125 per hour, Lead Stylist

$50 per hour, per Assistant Stylist 

4-hour minimum
