For events requiring additional on-site support, assistant coordinators or support staff may be added for an additional $50 per hour, per staff member.

Event design focuses on the creative vision and visual direction of your event. This service is ideal for clients who want professional design guidance and a cohesive aesthetic but may be sourcing décor independently.

Event Styling Services
Event styling focuses on the hands-on setup and breakdown of décor and event elements provided by the client. This service is ideal for clients who already have their décor selected and need professional support to ensure everything is styled correctly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Event styling does not include creative design development or décor sourcing unless booked separately.

Event Styling Includes:

Setup of client-provided décor and rentals

Table styling and décor placement

Styling of focal areas (welcome table, gift table, signage, etc.)

Visual adjustments during setup to ensure cohesion

Breakdown and repacking of styled décor at the conclusion of the event

Hourly Styling Rate
$125 per hour, Lead Stylist
$50 per hour, per Assistant Stylist
